1. Acceptance of Terms

berso88 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered berso88 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, berso88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances, bonus funds, or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your berso88 login credentials, including your registered email address or mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. berso88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

berso88 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. 3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. berso88 may charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month period, in accordance with the fee schedule published in the berso88 Help Center. You will receive advance notice by email before any inactive account fee is applied. Any remaining balance below the applicable minimum threshold may be forfeited after thirty-six (36) months of continuous inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

berso88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways. berso88 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment on behalf of another individual.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your berso88 account balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating Philippine bank. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the berso88 cashier at the time of transaction. berso88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same berso88 account and only after full KYC verification has been completed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours during Philippine banking hours. berso88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the berso88 cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. Withdrawals below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed. Players must ensure that their account balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirement inclusive of any applicable fees before submitting a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by berso88 (collectively "Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the Bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposits, maximum Bonus amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from Bonus play.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus funds credited to your berso88 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn as real-money funds. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

berso88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to artificially satisfy wagering thresholds; and exploiting technical errors or mispublished odds to generate Bonus winnings. Where bonus abuse is identified, berso88 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus funds and winnings, close the relevant account(s), and recover any amounts paid out as a result of such abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonuses are subject to expiry dates as stated in their respective terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your berso88 account balance. berso88 is not obligated to notify you of impending Bonus expiry, though we may do so at our discretion as a courtesy.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Key principles include: all bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance; in-play bet acceptance is subject to latency and may be declined; berso88 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets where markets are mispriced, corrupted, or affected by match-fixing allegations; and payout calculations are final once confirmed and credited to your berso88 account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the berso88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or gaming regulatory authorities:

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the berso88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any berso88 content without the express prior written consent of berso88.

Any unauthorized use of berso88 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, berso88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the berso88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond berso88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your berso88 account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

11. Account Termination

berso88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if berso88 determines in its reasonable judgment that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failed to complete required KYC verification, or if account closure is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or directives from Philippine gaming or law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination for cause, berso88 may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been obtained through fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, it may be forfeited in its entirety.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request voluntary closure of your berso88 account at any time by contacting berso88 support via the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

berso88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
